Hockey Hats & Apparel

Hockey Clothing

The North American ice hockey market is a reflection of this. The sport has also increased in popularity around the world thanks to the advent of synthetic-ice.

Goalie pants incorporate the thicker pelvic, thigh, and hip pads to help protect. Goalie jocks are also referred to as jills, are characterized by less protection for the groin area and more padding in the front of their cup.

Apparel

Hockey players are required to wear protective gear since the sport involves high-speed skating on hard surfaces. Players frequently collide, and sometimes even deliberately. The standard safety gear used by hockey players is ice skates, sticks, a helmet with a visor shoulder pads, chest protectors gloves, elbow pads and heavy-padded shorts (also called jock athletic protectives for males and jockstraps "jills" for women) and a pelvic protector (also called a girdle (or "jill", for females) and thigh pads, hip pads, tailbone pads, and shins. A neck protector can also be worn.

In recent times technology has been employed to reduce the weight of ice hockey apparel and make it more functional. For instance, a lot of companies now use carbon composites for stick shafts, and specialized foam is now available to make shoulder pads more lightweight without sacrificing protection. Other enhancements include 3D scans to accurately determine the body proportions of a player to ensure that elbow pads knee pads and shinpads are made to fit the body of each player.

The hockey market is expected to expand over the next few years as more people become aware of the sport and as synthetic ice rinks are built around the world, allowing players to play in areas which natural ice isn't available. In addition there has been a rise in the number of female players which is good for market growth.

Hats

A cap can be worn on and off the ice. We have a broad selection of caps that will please women and men. There is also a selection of youth hats that can be worn during games or during practice by players and fans younger than. Hats are an important element of the hockey culture. They are seen in all leagues, including the famous Hat-trick tradition, where fans throw their hats on the ice when players score 3 goals in a match.

We have all the NHL gear you need to look professional on and off the ice.

Jerseys

Jerseys are the uniforms worn by hockey players. The jerseys are usually thicker and come with longer sleeves than other jerseys for sports. The jerseys are adorned with the team logo on the front and the player's name on the upper back as well as the player's name and number from 0 to 99. Some jerseys also feature the letters "C" and an "A" on them, signifying the team captain and alternate captain.

There are two kinds of NHL jerseys: authentic and replica. Authentic jerseys are made of the same material as jerseys worn by players, and they have the identical design. Replica jerseys may be constructed from different materials (usually cheaper) and might not have the exact design as authentic jerseys.

The majority of NHL teams have 3 or 4 sets of jerseys worn during games. They also have some special sets, such as heritage designs and charity events. Each jersey comes with an inside back loop of fabric called a "fight strap" that has to be tied to the pants of the player in order to keep the jersey from being pulled over their head during a game.

The Authentic Pro is the top-tier jersey available from the NHL and is constructed of high-performance fabrics featuring tackle twills that are multilayered, 3D embroidery and reinforced stitching. Both women's and men's styles are available. The Authentic Premier is a lower-tier version of the Authentic Pro, and it is designed to mimic the appearance of the jerseys players wear on the hockey rink.

Shirts

The team's jerseys, also known as sweaters, are the most well-known piece of clothing. They feature the team's primary logo on the front, and often include a second logo on the shoulders. The number of the player's name is located beneath the name of the player, which can vary from 0 to 100. Captains of the team wear an uppercase "C" above and to the right of their jersey's logo two other players, designated as alternate captains--wear an "A" on their jerseys.

Most NHL teams have a third jersey, or alternate, that is worn for special occasions, like for the Winter Classic or Stadium Series. Many teams also have an old-fashioned or throwback option for their home jerseys. These third sweaters are great for teams to experiment and can be used as a base for their primary sweaters.

Vancouver Canucks' sweater is an elegant blend of modern and traditional design. The blue and black jerseys have a striking look to them, which makes it easy to distinguish on the ice, while the white stripes add contrast. The Canucks also sport a unique font on their numbers and names that adds to the clean look of the jersey.
